I provide counselling to adults, adolescents (16+), couples and families. In my work, I rely on a number of different therapeutic and coaching approaches. Often, only a few sessions are required to achieve lasting change.

If you are a client of one of these Czech health insurance companies, you can receive partial or full coverage of your psychotherapy sessions.
VZP: 500 Kc per session for up to 10 sessions for a total of up to 5000 Kc per year (more information here).
OZP: Up to 10 000 Kč per year can be withdrawn from your credits (if available) to cover up to the full cost of therapy sessions. See your VITAKARTA for additional information.
ČPZP: 500 Kč per session up to 2500 Kč per year (more information here).
I speak Czech and English at a native speaker level.
